Semantech

Privacy policy

Clear rules for personal data submitted through Semantech forms and services.

Data controller

Semantech is the controller of data submitted through this website. For privacy matters, email kontakt@semantech.pl.

Data we process

The contact form collects your name or company name, email address, project information and any data you provide voluntarily. The newsletter stores your email address, language, subscription status and the dates of consent, confirmation and withdrawal. We also retain limited, pseudonymous technical data required to protect forms against abuse.

Website analytics

Cloudflare Web Analytics measures aggregated traffic and website performance. We also record anonymous conversion events such as a contact button click, email link click or successful form submission. These events contain a name, page path, interaction source and timestamp, but never form content, an email address or a raw IP address.

Abuse protection

Cloudflare Turnstile helps distinguish legitimate form use from automated abuse. Cloudflare may analyse limited browser and connection signals for this purpose. The verification token is checked only on the server and is not stored with form submissions.

Purposes and legal bases

Contact data is processed to handle your inquiry and prepare potential cooperation, based on steps requested before entering a contract and the controller's legitimate interest. Newsletter data is processed on the basis of voluntary consent. A subscription becomes active only after double opt-in confirmation, and consent can be withdrawn at any time through an individual unsubscribe link.

Retention periods

Inquiries are retained for no longer than 24 months after the last contact unless longer retention is needed to perform a contract or meet a legal obligation. Active newsletter data is retained until consent is withdrawn. After unsubscribe, we keep the minimum status record required to prevent further messages without new consent. Confirmation links expire after 48 hours, and technical security counters are removed automatically.

Technology providers

To the extent required to operate the website, data may be processed by infrastructure providers including Netlify, Cloudflare, MongoDB Atlas and Resend. Access is limited to services needed to store submissions, protect the website and deliver messages.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct or erase your data, restrict processing, receive portable data, object to processing and withdraw consent. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Polish Personal Data Protection Office or another competent supervisory authority.

Effective from 13 July 2026.
